Firstly, remember that God is our ultimate provider and comforter. As it is written in Psalm 55:22 (WEB), "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved." You can trust in Him to carry your burdens and provide for your needs.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Amrit to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the struggles they're facing with their health and the hardship of being far from home. We ask, Lord, that You would be their strength and sustenance during this time.
Lord, if it is Your will, we pray that You would open up opportunities for Amrit to be transferred to a job posting closer to their hometown, so they can take better care of their family and health. We trust that You have a good and perfect plan for their life, and we ask that You would reveal it to them, guiding their steps according to Your will.
In the meantime, Lord, we pray for healing and comfort. We ask that You would surround Amrit with people who can support and encourage them, reminding them of Your love and faithfulness.
Lord Jesus, we also pray that Amrit would grow closer to You during this time. We ask that they would experience the peace that surpasses all understanding, the joy that comes from knowing You, and the hope that only You can provide.
In all these things, we pray that You would be glorified. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Amrit, as we pray for your circumstances to change, we also encourage you to continue seeking God's face and trusting in His goodness. Remember that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).
