Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of Amrit Tete, who is experiencing poor health and extreme hardship due to a job posting far from home. Lord, we know that You are a God of compassion and mercy, and we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation.
Your Word says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Father, we trust in Your plans for Amrit, plans to prosper and not to harm.
We pray for strength and healing for Amrit's body. Isaiah 40:31 says, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Lord, renew Amrit's strength, provide comfort, and alleviate all health issues.
Father, we also lift up Amrit's job situation to You. We ask that You open doors for a job posting closer to home, where Amrit can better care for the family and health. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We trust You to make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, grant Amrit peace and patience during this time of waiting. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the work You are already doing in Amrit's life. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
