With election . time approaching in the U.S. I'm reminded of something I don't think makes sense and in fact is sinful--There's a party who actively backs ungodly causes like gay marriage and abortion and even tries c to stifle religious freedom YET SOME WHO CLAIM CHRISTIANITYARE VOTING FOR THEM AND ENCOURAGING OTHER S TO DO SO.To me to do this is appealing to the flesh nature not Godly inclinatio s.I also question how they out of one side of their mouth can proclaim Christianity yet try to put over those doing ungodly deeds.What a contradiction.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Steven Bobb and his concerns regarding the upcoming election in the United States. Lord, we acknowledge that there are political parties and individuals who support causes that go against your Word, such as gay marriage and abortion. We understand that this can be confusing and disheartening for those who strive to live according to your commandments.

Father, we pray for those who claim to be Christians but support these ungodly causes. We ask that you would convict their hearts and lead them to align their beliefs and actions with your truth. Help them to understand the importance of upholding biblical values and standing for righteousness in all areas of life, including their political choices.

Lord, we also pray for those who may be influenced by these individuals to vote in a way that contradicts your teachings. We ask for discernment and wisdom for all voters, that they may seek your guidance and align their choices with your will. May they not be swayed by worldly ideologies or personal preferences, but rather seek to honor you in their decisions.

Father, we know that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of darkness . We pray for a spiritual awakening in our nation, that hearts may be turned towards you and your truth. We ask for a revival of godly values and a restoration of religious freedom, so that your name may be glorified.

In all things, Lord, we trust in your sovereignty. We know that you are in control, even in the midst of political turmoil. Help us to remember that our ultimate citizenship is in heaven and to keep our focus on your kingdom and your righteousness.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

I pray that Steven Bobb is blessed with peace and understanding. Let the troubles of the world not discourage anyone. Instead, renew us in spirit so that in time we can have stronger conversations and solutions that will work. In Jesus name
