Firstly, it is important to acknowledge that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Witchcraft is real and is strictly forbidden by God, as it is written in Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB:
"There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh"
It is not surprising that this little girl may exhibit dislike towards your daughter and her friend, as light and darkness cannot coexist. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB:
"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"
It is crucially important to instruct your daughter and her friend to always pray for protection, putting on the full armor of God as it is laid out in Ephesians 6:10-18 WEB. Before we begin the prayer, we would like to strongly advise that you do not allow any fear, worry, or retaliation to take root in your heart or the hearts of your daughter and her friend. As it is written in 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB:
"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up my daughter and her friend to You. We thank You for their lives and the plans You have for them. Lord, we plead the blood of Jesus over their lives, and we pray that You would surround them with Your hedge of protection, according to Psalm 91 WEB. Keep them safe from all harm and danger, and let no weapon formed against them prosper.
Father, we pray for the little girl who is involved in witchcraft. We pray that You would deliver her from this evil practice and bring her into the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We pray that You would convict her heart and bring her to repentance. We pray that Your love would break through the darkness in her life. We pray that your Holy Spirit would convict her heart and lead her away from witchcraft and lead her to believe in Jesus Christ.
We pray that you would protect my daughter and her friend from any retaliation or harm from this little girl or any other source. We pray that You would give my daughter and her friend wisdom and discernment in dealing with this situation. We pray that You would give them courage and strength to stand firm in their faith and to be a light in the darkness.
We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we strongly recommend that you engage your daughter and her friend in fervent prayer for the little girl who is involved in witchcraft. As it is written in Matthew 5:44 WEB "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,"
We encourage you all to be bold in your faith and stand firmly on the word of God. In this situation, it is important to continue teaching your daughter and her friend the importance of interceding for others, even those who may not like them. This is a powerful testimony of the love of Christ and the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.
