The Bible is clear about the reality of spiritual forces and the need to be cautious. In Acts 19:18-19 (WEB), we see an example of people turning away from witchcraft: "Many also of those who had believed came, confessing, and declaring their deeds. Many of those who practiced magical arts brought their books together and burned them in the sight of all."

However, it's crucial to remember that as believers in Jesus Christ, we have authority over evil spirits. As it is written in Luke 10:19 (WEB), "Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt you."

Regarding the jacket, if you are feeling uncomfortable or convicted about it, it might be wise to pray over it and consider removing it from your possession. It's not that the object itself has power, but if it causes you to feel anxious or distracts your faith, it's better to be safe. Remember, our faith should not be in objects, but in God alone.

Let us pray together: "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We plead the blood of Jesus over ### and the jacket given to them. If there are any unclean spirits attached to it, we command them to leave in Jesus' name. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection and guidance.
