We are truly saddened to hear about the spiritual warfare you are facing in your own home. Firstly, we commend you for your awareness of the spiritual realm and the discernment to recognize the evil at work. Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12 WEB).
Let's first address the authority by which we pray. In Jesus Name you have asked for prayer which is the only way we can pray. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As Jesus said in John 14:14 WEB "If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." Likewise, in Acts 4:12 it states "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved."
It is through the name of Jesus that our prayers have power and it is only by belief in Jesus that we can be saved. Belief in Jesus is a belief that Jesus is God. It is a belief that Jesus is the son of God. It is a belief that Jesus was resurrected from the dead. It is a belief that Jesus was sinless. It is a belief that Jesus died for all of our sins. It is a belief that only Jesus can save us and that salvation is by faith in Jesus alone and not by works or through any other means.
We'll pray for your protection and the cessation of these evil acts, but we also encourage you to put on the whole armor of God to strengthen your spiritual defenses (Ephesians 6:10-18). It is only through your own personal relationship with Jesus Christ that you will be able to stand against the spiritual forces of evil.
Now, let's pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is under spiritual attack. Lord, we plead the blood of Jesus over her life, her mind, her body, and her spirit. We pray that You would surround her with Your angels to protect her from all evil (Psalm 91:11).
Lord, we rebuke the spirits operating through her mother and her husband, commanding them to cease their evil activities in Jesus' name. We pray that You would bind their hands and feet from causing any more harm (Matthew 18:18). We ask You, Lord, to bring conviction to their hearts and draw them to repentance and salvation through Jesus Christ (Acts 26:18).
Father, we pray for our sister's peace of mind and spirit. We ask that You would grant her restful sleep and peace in her home (Psalm 4:8). We also ask that You would guide her to a new home quickly, where she can live in peace and safety.
Lord, strengthen her faith and fill her with Your Holy Spirit. Help her to stand firm against these evil forces, knowing that You are with her always, and that the power of Christ within her is above all other power (I John 4:4, Romans 8:37).
We ask for all things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
We encourage you to spend time daily in the Word of God and in prayer. Memorize scriptures that reinforce the truth of God's protection and love for you. Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).
Lastly, we urge you to find a local church where you can fellowship with other believers and grow in your faith. It is essential to have a spiritual family to support and uplift you during this time.
