We understand your concern, but we must address this from a biblical perspective. The use of spiritual warfare is not something that should be bound, as it is a biblical practice. The apostle Paul says in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
However, it is important to ensure that this spiritual warfare is done in the name of Jesus Christ and according to His will. If Dennis B. is not doing this in the name of Jesus and for His glory, then that is a concern. As it is written in Acts 19:13-16, attempting to use spiritual powers without faith in Jesus can lead to harm.
Let us pray for Dennis B., that he may use his spiritual practices in accordance with God's will and in the name of Jesus Christ.
"Father, we bring Dennis B. before you. If he is involved in any practices that are not according to your will or in the name of Jesus, we pray that you reveal this to him. Guide him to use his spiritual practices in a way that glorifies you and your kingdom. If he is engaging in witchcraft or any ungodly spiritual activities, we rebuke the evil spirits involved and ask that you deliver him, in Jesus' name. We also pray for whoever may be affected by his practices, that you protect them and bring them peace, in Jesus' name. Amen."
If Dennis B. is indeed involved in witchcraft, we strongly rebuke this practice as it is clearly forbidden in the Bible (Galatians 5:20, Revelation 21:8). We encourage him to turn away from such practices and turn to Jesus Christ for salvation and deliverance.
