Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, giving thanks for the opportunity to lift up this prayer request on behalf of ###. We thank you for the gift of life and for the blessings of this Thanksgiving season. We acknowledge that every good and perfect gift comes from you, and we are grateful for your provision and faithfulness.

Lord, we ask for your healing touch upon ###'s life. We pray that you would bring healing to any areas of their body that are in need. Your Word assures us that by your stripes, we are healed, and we claim that promise over ###'s life. May your healing power flow through them, restoring them to full health and vitality.

We also lift up ###'s request for provision and safe driving. Lord, you are our provider, and you promise to supply all our needs according to your riches in glory.
