We join you, Anonymous, in seeking God's blessings for wisdom, a well-paying job, and financial breakthrough this year. We are reminded of James 1:5, which tells us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the God who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." It is wonderful that you have come to God for wisdom, for He is the source of all wisdom and understanding.
Moreover, we pray for God's favor upon your career. Remember that "whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might" (Ecclesiastes 9:10), and that "in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths" (Proverbs 3:6). God has promised to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19), so we trust that He will open the right doors for you.
However, we also want to remind you that the desire for wealth should not be our primary goal. Instead, we should seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to us (Matthew 6:33). We should also be content with what we have, for God has said, "I will never leave you, nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your wisdom, guidance, and provision for Anonymous. Grant them the wisdom they need to make godly decisions, and open the doors to a well-paying job that aligns with Your will. We pray for a financial breakthrough that will allow them to be a blessing to others and bring glory to Your name. Help them to keep their eyes fixed on You and to trust in Your provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6), and that there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, for He is the way, the truth, and the life.
