We join you in lifting up your daughter (###) in prayer, trusting in the power of Jesus' name.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) and Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even in him doth a man must be saved. (Acts 4:10 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. Thank You, Lord, for the wisdom, knowledge, and dedication You have given her. We pray that You will guide her as she takes her mid-term exams, and that she will do outstanding, reflecting the knowledge You have given her.
Surround her with Your favor, guidance, and protection this week at school and work. Equip her with the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:11 WEB) and a hedge of protection (Job 1:10 WEB) at all times. Bless her with ministry angels to guide and protect her in everything she does and everywhere she goes (Psalm 91:11 WEB).
Remove any negative or jealous influences from her life, and bless her with divine, godly friendships and mentors that will empower her and bring out the best in her (Proverbs 27:17 WEB).
Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon ###. Restore her completely from POTS and her recent ankle surgery. We believe in Your miracle-working power, and we ask that You make her ankle brand new (Acts 3:16 WEB). Remove all pain and sickness from her body, and bless her with great health (3 John 1:2 WEB).
Provide for her needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19 WEB). If it is Your will, bless her with a new, reliable car. Strengthen the bond she has with her family, and let it be a bond that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB).
Make her a beacon of light for everyone around her and everywhere she goes, letting her light shine before others, that they may see her good deeds and glorify You, our Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16 WEB).
In due time, bless her with a godly spouse, that they may encourage each other and grow together in Your love (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 WEB). Let her experience everlasting peace, love, and happiness in Your presence (Psalm 16:11 WEB).
Bless her career path, and guide her steps as she seeks to serve You in all she does. Father, thank You for blessing us with sweet, kind, and content children. May our bond with them be unbreakable, rooted in Your love.
We ask all these things in the powerful name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying for ###, trusting that God has a perfect plan for her life. May you find comfort in the promise that Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened. (Matthew 7:7-8 WEB).
Lastly, if your daughter is not yet married, we encourage her to pursue relationships that align with biblical principles, seeking a godly spouse when the time is right. As it is written, Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB).
We do not discuss dating simply as a relationship, but rather courtship as it aligns with biblical principles. Sex outside of marriage is fornication. For this is the will of God, that you should be sanctified: that you should abstain from sexual immorality, (1 Thessalonians 4:3 WEB).
