Wisdom, favor, open doors...

I really need prayer for wisdom, favor and open doors -- my consultant runs late to all our appointments and totally ghosts them on a regular basis. We live in a tightly knit community and are trying to build our reputation. I am asking for a promotion on some level and trust God enough to ask Him for open doors, that His will is done and for grace and the fruit of the Spirit in the meantime. I also pray for the consultant to apologize to me for hurting relationships with my friends by not replying to their texts or emails and that he would start to be more reliable... Thank you in the name of Jesus.
