We understand that you are seeking wisdom, truth, and favor in several areas of your life. Firstly, it is important to acknowledge that all wisdom and truth come from God, and He freely gives to those who ask. As it is written in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."
Regarding the issue with the milk bottle, we pray that the truth will be revealed. We also pray that Deon will stop blaming Vuyo's friends if they are not responsible. In Ephesians 4:31-32, it says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you."
Concerning Vuyo bringing his friends to eat at your home, we encourage you to communicate openly and honestly with him. It is important to discuss boundaries and expectations in any relationship. If possible, this should be a courtship where Vuyo is seeking a godly spouse. In 1 Corinthians 7:39, "The husband must give the wife what is due to her, and likewise the wife to the husband." In 1 Corinthians 15:33, "Do not be deceived: 'Evil company corrupts good manners.'" We do not know if these friends are evil, but we do know that boundaries are important.
We pray that you and Vuyo find favor in each other's eyes, and that your relationship will be built on biblical principles. In 1 Peter 3:7, "You husbands, in the same way, live with your wives in an understanding way, as with a weaker vessel, since she is a woman; and show her honor as a fellow heir of the grace of life, so that your prayers won't be hindered."
Regarding Jeanne and Steven, we pray that they find favor in each other's eyes as well. If they are in a courtship, we pray that they seek God's will for their relationship and that it will be centered on His principles. In Proverbs 18:22, "He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh."
Lastly, we pray for Steven's driving situation. We pray that he will be patient and wise, and that he will follow the rules and guidelines set before him. In Romans 13:1, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God."
We notice that Jesus was not mentioned in this request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Therefore, we pray that you and all mentioned come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Lord, we lift up Balmikos and all those involved in these situations. We pray that You will reveal the truth and grant wisdom. We pray that all relationships will be centered on Your principles and that You will be glorified in each situation. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
