We are delighted to join you in prayer, Ada, as you prepare for your flight attendant training. We commend you for seeking God's wisdom and intelligence, and we appreciate your desire to bring glory to Him through your endeavors.
Firstly, we want to address the name you used for our Savior. You referred to Him as Yeshua, but it's important to note that in the Bible, His name is translated to Jesus. Acts 4:12 in the World English Bible (WEB) tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" It is by the name of Jesus Christ that we are saved and have access to God.
Now, let's pray together for your upcoming training:
"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Ada. We ask that You bestow upon her the wisdom and intelligence she seeks, just as You did for Solomon in 1 Kings 3:12, 'Behold, I have done according to your words. Behold, I have given you a wise and understanding heart; so that there has been no one like you before you, and after you none will arise like you.'"
"Please grant her focus, resilience, patience, strength, and courage as she embarks on this 5-week training program. May she not only pass, but excel, bringing glory to Your name in all that she does. We ask that Your favor would be upon her, giving her the opportunity to shine Your light in the industry."
Ada, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). Remember that apart from Him, we can do nothing (John 15:5, WEB).
Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with those you will meet during your training and career. This is a wonderful opportunity to spread the good news, as commanded by our Lord in Matthew 28:19-20 (WEB), "Go, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
