Firstly, it's wonderful that you're seeking wisdom and favor. The Bible tells us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5 WEB). We can confidently come to God for these things.
However, we must also approach the situation with your neighbors with a heart of love and patience. Jesus teaches us to love our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:31 WEB), and to pray for those who treat us poorly (Matthew 5:44 WEB). Rather than seeking their removal, let's pray for a change in their hearts and your ability to show God's love to them.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your wisdom and favor for Anonymous. Grant them an abundance of both, that they may walk in Your ways and find favor in all they do. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You.
