Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father, I come to You in the Name of my Lord Jesus Christ.
Thank You for everything You do
We went for an informal conference. The commissioner is complimentary of the representative's efforts to show there is a lack of procedural fairness. She said he would have a hard time proving the case because of this difficult area of law. However, she also said it would depend too upon who heard the case. They may be ammenable to his arguments and agree with him. She also said the general public will have difficulty with the complaint and be flabbergasted at silly excuse - a vexatious allegation - for the sacking of the employee.
The respondent's information is needing to be refuted conclusively and with evidence to show the contrary is true. The sacked employee has never made an accusation against the respondent ever. The respondent is claiming vexatious allegations have been made. We think his discomfort arises due to the words and actions of a third party and not the sacked employee. May God reveal the third party standing in the midst with a sword. Only God can make this plain.
There is a chance for another conciliatory conference meeting. There is the likelihood of a formal public hearing within a 6 month time frame. The sacked employee and the respondent have had lots of friendly communications.
Even the day before the employee was suspended. The respondent pensively never thought things would get this bad. However God has this situation in control Both parties are christians. One has prompted they sort it out between them before things get to court. As yet there is no response.
An elderly Holy Spirit filled christian lady, is praying with us. She feels something is going to happen first before this matter gets any further.
There is peace over both parties. The sacked employee will be reinstated or their contract paid out. There is peace re the respondent. It may be quite hard for them to contact the sacked employee and sort things out. Who but God can determine how He wants things to go.
My prayer is the sacked employee will be reinstated. The presence of a naughty third party be addressed in accordance with God's Will. Mercy be. The respondent's thinking will be able to enjoy good relations with the sacked employee and do no further harm to that employee.
Thank You Lord God Let Your perfect Will be done in this issue. Please give the employee's representative what he needs to know and understand to win this case out right. In Jesus Christ's Nameamen
