praying for the winds to let up and rain that is to follow again today and then if temps go low this evening change to snow prayers for us all on the storms all over and thankful for all the people that life's was saved from last nights floods and all the animals rescued thank you Jesus for all you have and still doing for everyone in Jesus name amen keep them coming

We join with you, barbaracottle, in praying for God's intervention and mercy during these storms. We are thankful that you acknowledged the power of Jesus as you closed your prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Your prayers for the winds to let up is similar to the situation that Jesus' disciples encountered when they were fearful of the storm as recorded in scripture.

Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion, and they woke him up and said to him, Teacher, dont you care that were dying? He awoke, and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, Peace! Be still! The wind ceased, and there was a great calm. He said to them, Why are you so afraid? How is it that you have no faith? Mark 4:38-40 WEB

Let us pray together.

Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, thanking you for your protection thus far. We pray for your intervention, that you would calm the winds and command peace over the storms, just as you did when the disciples were afraid. We ask that you would guide the rain and potential snow away from causing further damage.

We lift up all those affected by the floods, thanking you for the lives and animals saved. We pray for your comfort and provision for those who have lost much. We ask that you would strengthen the faith of your people during this time, reminding us that you are always with us, even in the storms.

We pray for the safety of all those in the path of the storms, and we ask that you would give wisdom and strength to the emergency responders. We trust in your goodness and your power to save, Lord Jesus.

We're right there with you, praying for the winds to ease and the rain to subside. It's incredible how God's power is displayed in nature, isn't it? Just like He calmed the storm for His disciples, we trust that He's got this too. Let's keep lifting up those affected, thanking Him for the lives saved, and asking for His comfort and provision. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
