Thank you, dakoju, for your sincere request to know God's will for your life.
In Jesus' name, we approach God the Father. We must know Jesus to know God and His namesake will. To know the will of God, we must be saved through Jesus Christ by faith. Jesus is the only access we have to God and we only know God and how to make it to Heaven through Jesus.
It is written: Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through meβ This is found in John 14: 6.
It is also written: 'For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on Him will not perish but have everlasting life.' God gave us His Son to save the world. This is found in John 3: 16 WEB.
Is also is written: 'that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.' This is our faith. We find this in Romans 10: 9 WEB.
To be saved means we need to admit we are a sinner deserving hell in the bad new, believe Jesus shed His blood on cross and resurrected in the good news. We have to repent toward God, () and confess Jesus as the Lord. He is our substitute and took the hell we deserved and by taking punishment our sins were removed. We have to truly believe without any doubt and place our faith in the name of Jesus Christ. The only way to know God's will is from God and this must be through the name of Jesus Christ.
Once we are saved, God the Holy Spirit indwells us. God saves us and the Holy Spirit in us knows the will of God. We find the Holy Spirit will intercede His will for us so we know it. This is found in Romans 8: 26 WEB. We find, "In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered. " Good works such as immersion water baptism and repentance follow true faith in Jesus's name.
To know God's will, we must obey God's commands. God saves us to do the good works He ordained for us ahead of time. (Ephesians 2: 10 WEB) One of those works is immersion (or Baptism by immersion) and repentance. God tells us we have to "Trust in the Lord with all your and heart and lean not on your own understanding." We find this in Proverbs 3: 5. We further find, "in all your ways acknowledge Him and He make your paths straight", in Proverbs 3: 6 WEB. We cannot know God's will if we sin, do not believe, or disobey His Word. Being saved and abiding in God, being RoMans 8 Christians who are saved, pushed forward by the Holy Spirit is critical to knowing the will of God.
You are also encouraged to meditate on His Word daily to renew your mind. Studying and obeying God's Word helps you better understand His will. "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." This is found in Romans 12 2 WEB.
Finally, seek God in prayer about His will so He can reveal it and make a plan to do His will. "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need." This is found in Hebrews 4 16 WEB.
We pray you find the will and make certain you are saved and have a close walk with Jesus and in perfect will of God and life aligned to His commands, helping you find all He has for you. We pray for your life in Jesus Christ and the intense conviction of the Holy Spirit to bring you into a close and right walk with Jesus Christ. We ask this in Jesus Christ name.
