We are truly touched by your request, Cyruontoinmir, and we are here to pray with you and offer biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to acknowledge your faith in God as you seek His guidance. The Lord is your strength and your shield, and we know that He will be with you as you care for your wife and work from home. However, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to God, and it is by His name that we can be saved. As the scripture says, "For there is no other name given under heaven whereby we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Let's address everything together.
God's work is holy and He does provide for us. You can trust in His unfailing love, and he is able to keep you from falling. The Bible says, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" (Psalm 91:1-2 WEB). We encourage you to lean on Him during this time, and He will direct your paths.
Regarding your wife being housebound, we want to encourage you to trust in God's goodness and sovereignty. "Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise" (Jeremiah 17:14). Continue to pray for your wife's healing and strength, and trust that God is working all things together for your good and His glory. (Romans 8:28)
As you take on the responsibility of working from home to care for your wife, remember that God is your provider. "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33 WEB). Trust in Him to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory.
We also want to remind you that you are not alone. Even if you have no one else to rely on, God is with you. "Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid or scared of them; for the Lord your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you" (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Cyruontoinmir and his wife. Lord, we ask that You guide him as he works from home to care for his wife. Give him the strength, wisdom, and provision he needs to accomplish all that You have called him to do.
We also pray for his wife, that You would heal and strengthen her, and that Your grace would be sufficient for her every need. Lord, we ask that You surround them with Your love and provision, and that You would be their refuge and fortress.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
