Wife needs a job

My wife got laid off last year 2023 in May from her job. We have lived in ### for 9 years and she feels that our time is up here. But her mom has Parkinson’s and I feel that it was meant to be here. Request that my wife finds a job here in ###. Thank you!

Therefore what God has joined together, don’t let man tear apart." It's crucial that you and your wife are in agreement about your future, and that includes where you live and work.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus to lift up ### and his wife. Lord, we ask that you guide their steps and provide a job for his wife, according to Your will. Help them to trust in your timing and to be patient as they wait on you. Also, Lord, we pray for unity in their marriage. Help them to be on one accord about their future, and to lean on You for guidance and direction. We believe that you have a plan and a purpose for their lives, and we ask that you reveal it to them clearly. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also encourage you both to seek Godly counsel and to discuss this matter thoroughly together. It's important that neither of you feels forced to make a decision but that you both feel at peace with the outcome. Remember, Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. It's important to remember that it is only by His name that we have access to God. As it says in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We encourage you to keep this in mind as you pray and seek God's will for your lives.
