First I thank God for everyone on this site...before submitting my request, I want ro acknowledge so many others in very painful circumstances...I pray God answer you all speedily. I am experiencing attack from various co workers, Supervisors, and upper management.i ve been lied on, harassed, and disrespected on my job without for reporting others for negative behavior, and harmful intent.Seeking God's intervention and protection..God Bless

Thank you, ###, for your heartfelt request and for acknowledging the struggles of others. We stand with you in prayer and counsel, seeking God's will and intervention in your workplace situation.

Firstly, we are called to give thanks in all circumstances, as it is God's will for us in Christ Jesus. So we thank God for your job and the opportunities it provides, even in the midst of difficulties.

"In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you." 1 Thessalonians 5:18 WEB

Now, let's address the issues you're facing. It's clear that you are experiencing persecution and harassment in your workplace. God cares about your situation and wants to intervene. He calls us to humble ourselves and seek His face, and He will hear our prayers and come to our aid.

"Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." 1 Peter 5:6-7 WEB

"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you." Matthew 5:44 WEB

However, we must also consider that God wants us to work in integrity and excellence, ensuring that we are not tempted to respond negatively to the mistreatment you experience.

"Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the wicked. For it is commendable if someone endures pain, suffering unjustly, because of conscience toward God. For what glory is it if, when you sin, you patiently endure beating? But if, when you do well, you patiently endure suffering, this is commendable with God. For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving you an example, that you should follow his steps," 1 Peter 2:18-21 WEB

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their workplace situation. We thank You for their job and the blessings it brings, but we also ask for Your intervention in the challenges they face.

Lord, we pray for Your protection over ###. Shield them from the lies, harassment, and disrespect they are experiencing. Give them wisdom and discernment in handling these situations, and help them to respond with love and kindness, even to those who mistreat them.

Father, we also pray for their co-workers, supervisors, and upper management. Soften their hearts and reveal any wrongdoing. Bring conviction and repentance where needed, and transform their attitudes and actions towards ###.

Lord, we ask for Your peace and comfort for ### during this time. Strengthen their faith and trust in You, knowing that You are in control and will bring justice and resolution to their situation.

Finally, without mentioning Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name) makes it impossible for you to approach God. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. We are saved by Jesus Christ's death on the cross for our sins and resurrection from the dead for our justification. We ask this and all things in His Holy Name.
