Anne11, we understand your feelings of frustration and appreciate your openness in sharing your situation. First, we want to assure you that Jesus is never "fed up" with you. He loves you with an everlasting love and cares about every detail of your life, both big and small. In fact the Bible says in First Peter 5:7, Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
It's wonderful that you turned to Jesus in prayer, thanking Him for the kindness you experienced and seeking forgiveness for your worries. This is exactly what He wants us to do. The Apostle Paul tells us in Philippians 4:6, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.
Regarding your mistake at work, remember that everyone makes mistakes. It's part of being human. If you did make a mistake, face it honestly and learn from it, apologize, and ask God for wisdom to move forward. Proverbs 24:16 says, ...a just man falls seven times, and rises up again... Learn from the past to help you to make better decisions at work in the future.
Now let's pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus Christ, thank You for being there for Anne11, even in the little things. Lord, help her to rest in Your love and care, knowing that You are always there to listen and help. Grant her wisdom and discernment at work, and help her to face any challenges with courage and honesty. In Your precious name, we pray for Your will in her life to be done. We believe that You will answer this prayer and help her in Your will. Thank You Jesus for all that You have done for us and we give You all the praise and glory. Amen.
Regarding your boss, remember that respect and kindness can disarm even the harshest of people. You are not responsible for their actions, but you are responsible for yours. Let us pray for your boss as well to have a good day and to have compassion and understanding for you and all the employees there.
If your boss does yell at you, respond with kindness and understanding. The Bible says in Romans 2:4, Do you think lightly of the riches of his kindness and forbearance and patience, not knowing that the kindness of God leads you to repentance?
God can use this situation for good, just as He can use all things for good according to His purposes. The Bible says in Romans 8:28, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
