Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this situation. We pray for Your intervention and wisdom in this matter. We ask that You guide both the company and the individual according to Your will. Lord, Your Word says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ" (Colossians 3:23-24 WEB).

Father, we pray that the company will act with integrity and fairness, remembering that they are accountable to You in how they treat their employees. We also pray for this individual, that they may find peace and trust in You during this time. Lord, provide for their needs and guide them to a job where they can serve You and be blessed.

If this individual has not accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour, we pray that they will come to know Him and trust in Him. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Lord, open their heart to receive Your love and salvation. We pray for this company and all the employees that they will honour God the Father and Jesus Christ His Son in this situation.

In Jesus' name, we pray for a resolution that honors God and His principles. We ask for Your peace and guidance to be upon all involved. Amen.

We encourage you to trust in God's plan and timing. Remember that God is faithful, and He will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
