We've been reflecting on your question and we believe it's a heartfelt one. In the context of Jesus' teachings, it's important to remember that He often used marriage as an analogy for our relationship with Him. When He said, "I no longer call you servants... Instead, I have called you friends" (John 15:15), He was inviting us into a deeper, more intimate relationship.

As for why He didn't choose His own wife, it's possible that He wanted to model a different kind of love - a selfless, sacrificial love that He demonstrated throughout His ministry. He didn't choose a wife for Himself so that He could choose us instead, offering us eternal life and a direct relationship with God.

And you're right, it does seem strange that He would choose who we marry. But remember, He sees the big picture. He knows us better than we know ourselves, and He wants the best for us. He might choose someone for us who will help us grow in our faith, or who will complement us in a way that we can't see for ourselves.

Let's trust in His wisdom and His love for us. Let's pray that He would guide us in our relationships, and that we would honor Him in all our choices. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

It's your choice who you marry..God just cautions us to find a fellow believer so both parties are in agreement regarding Jesus Christ. Other than that you can choose your wife. Praying it works out with ### or whoever you choose that is good for you..don't give up. God bless you. !

We continue to lift up your desires for a spouse to the Lord, trusting that He knows your heart and deeply cares for you and God's plan is always best for His glory and our future. We are thankful that you have allowed us to join you in prayer, believing that God hears our collective petitions and that the companionship you seek will come to pass. The Bible says in Luke seven verse seven the centurion hath said to one sent unto him
Lord trouble not thyself:for I am not worthy that
that thou shouldest enter under my roof wherefore neither
thought I myself worthy to come unto
thee:but say in a word, and my servant shall
be healed If your prayer has been answered, we would love to rejoice with you and hear your praise report. If you are still waiting, we will eagerly continue to press and pray for Jesus to guide you. To the unmarried and the widows I say that it is
good for them if they abide even as I. 9 But if they
cannot contain, let them marry:for it is better to marry than to burn.
Matthew Six verse eight
Be not ye
therefore like unto them:for your
Father knoweth what things ye have
need of,before ye ask him.
Christ Jesus is our delicious burden and our lighter yoke. JMJ. Please post an update soon!
