Why is my head get hot sweating? ...

I got stomach hurt while went to the restroom like couple hours? Why is my head get hot sweating? I don’t know where sweating is that comes from? I don’t understand why my veins keep popping in the both legs while laying on the bed? My left nose can’t breath. I don’t understand what is going on with my body? I don’t understand what is going on my private area? Please help!
