Why do I believe in Jesus where it is not even working? I prayed for a job as a business analyst; he did not give. I pray for a gf; he also never gave. I stopped believing in the equally yoked or waiting. Now I have transitioned out already. Although I might go to church just to be friends only. Say whatever you all like; I am not coming back to Jesus.

As it is written in Isaiah 55:8-9 (WEB), "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says Yahweh. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts."

God may have reasons for the delays that we cannot see or understand. It could be that He is working on something better for you, or He may be developing patience and perseverance in you. Romans 5:3-4 (WEB) tells us, "We also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering works perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope."

However, it's also crucial to examine our hearts and ensure that our desires align with God's will. Psalm 37:4 (WEB) says, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." When we delight in the Lord, our desires begin to mirror His.

Regarding your decision to stop believing in being equally yoked or waiting, we must remind you of the importance of these biblical principles. 2 Corinthians 6:14 (WEB) clearly states, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" Being equally yoked is not just about finding someone who shares your faith; it's about aligning your life with God's will and His design for marriage.

Lastly, you mentioned that you might go to church just to be friends only and that you're not coming back to Jesus. We urge you to reconsider this decision. Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father. John 14:6 (WEB) says, "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Turning away from Jesus means turning away from the only source of eternal life and salvation.

"Heavenly Father, we lift up ### to you. We ask that you strengthen their faith and help them to trust in your timing. Help them to understand that your ways are higher than our ways, and your thoughts higher than our thoughts.
