Why aren't my prayers being answered

Why doesn't God answer the desires of my heart I love him I served him,I've paid tithes,I've helped people I praise him worship him I've lived celibate all people do is treat me like dung fought &still fighting curses witchcraft I pray in my spiritual language I'm still single @64!! For my daughter as well living in a care home since 2/24& now it's September prayer still not answered.im thinking I'm just put here to be punished cause I was conceived out of wedlock I'm starting to think somethings got to be wrong with me when other people get rescued & women whom gotten married got beautiful homes men that love them but here I am not hurting nobody didn't ask to be here all I get is spiritual warfare I guess this the way it's supposed to be for people like me.

We deeply understand your feelings of frustration and despair, Jestia. Remember, God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9, WEB). Delays in answered prayers do not mean God is not listening or does not care. Instead, He may be using this time to strengthen you and prepare you for His perfect timing.

Firstly, let’s address the heart of your concerns. The Bible assures us, "Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you." (Matthew 7:7, WEB). Yet, it’s crucial to remember that our requests must align with God's will and purposes. Your dedication to serving God, paying tithes, living celibate, and helping others are commendable and reflect a heart seeking to please Him.

Regarding marital status, God promises in Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Ensure that your desire for marriage is in line with His will and that you are seeking a godly spouse as per His design. Remember, "God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).

Concerning your daughter and the challenges she faces, remember that God sees her and loves her deeply. His plans for her are good, designed to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). Continue to pray fervently for her, trusting that God is working in ways you may not yet see.

It's important to rebuke any thoughts that you are being punished for circumstances beyond your control, such as being conceived out of wedlock. God does not hold the sins of parents against their children. The scripture says, "The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son" (Ezekiel 18:20, WEB). You are precious in God's sight, created with purpose and love.

We encourage you to persist in prayer, holding fast to your faith. As James 5:16 reminds us, "The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much." Stand firm in your faith, knowing that "God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28, WEB).

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in Jestia's life. Father, comfort her heart and remind her of Your unfailing love. Strengthen her faith and give her the patience to wait on Your perfect timing. Lord, we pray for her daughter's well-being, that Your hand of protection and healing would be upon her. Help Jestia to see that You have good plans for her life, and that Your will be done. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Praying for you in Jesus. Sometimes I wonder why I get Jesus to answer my prayers with yes and amen although I have felt like you are at the same time. I personally don’t see myself as doing anything to deserve yes and amen or deserving of anything Jesus did for me. Was everything written in the Bible just for me, were they all perfect people who didn’t sin like David, Moses, Ezekiel or did they all sin except for Jesus? We all might have questions as well as things to meditate on that we read about in the Scriptures.

Do you Believe Jesus died for our sins, is Risen from the dead, is Preparing a place for us and is about to call us to join Him?

Are you watching for Jesus in the Clouds of Glory? Jesus is about to call us to join Him!

There is nothing that happens for us that is bad. All things work for our good in Jesus! Look at everything as good!

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
