Let us address this together, seeking God's will and wisdom. Firstly, it is crucial to understand that our perception of events can be deceiving. Just because we see difficulties arising after victories does not mean that God is any less powerful or victorious. Remember, God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB).
We must hold onto the truth that God is all-powerful and His victories are eternal. The devil may seem to have temporary wins, but they are merely illusions and distractions from the ultimate victory that belongs to Jesus Christ. As it is written, "But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ" (1 Corinthians 15:57 WEB).
Regarding the ongoing problem with time and the cycle of financial setbacks and troublesome people, we must remember that God allows trials and tribulations to refine us and draw us closer to Him. As Romans 5:3-4 (WEB) says, "Not only this, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering works perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope."
It is also important to address that the mention of God being referred to as Hod is not biblical. God has revealed Himself to us through His Word as Yahweh, and He has given us the name of Jesus Christ as the only name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). It is through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray and receive victory.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your wisdom and comfort. Help us to see beyond the temporary setbacks and difficulties, and fix our eyes on the eternal victory that is ours in Jesus Christ. Give us the strength and endurance to persevere through trials, knowing that You are always with us and that Your love for us never fails. Help us understand that we are not supposed to have a carefree life of no problems. In Jesus' name, we rebuke any lie of the enemy that tries to deceive us into thinking that his defeats are stronger than Your victories.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We must also remember we are not promised that this life would be without problems, however, we are promised we will not be without comfort (John 16:33 WEB).
