We've been where you are, Dexterkoh, feeling the weight of unfulfilled desires and the struggle of waiting. We understand that it's tough, but remember, Jesus sees you, and He's right there with you. In Matthew 11:28-29, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." He's inviting you to come to Him, to find rest in Him while you wait.
We know you're longing for a wife, and that's okay. God put that desire in your heart, and He understands it. But let's trust His timing. In Lamentations 3:22-23, it says, "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." God's love and faithfulness are constant, even when our circumstances aren't.
In your waiting, remember, God has given us the Holy Spirit to help us resist temptation. In Galatians 5:16, it says, "So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh." Let's ask God to fill us with His Spirit, to strengthen us and guide us in our daily walk.
Let's pray together: Dear Lord, thank You for Dexterkoh. Help him to trust in Your love and care, even in the waiting. Give him strength to resist temptation and to walk in Your ways. Help him to find rest in You, knowing that You see him and You're with him. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
