Why am I getting sidelined at work, despite being such a high performer? My manager constantly makes me appear as though I have not done anything, despite having worked and given him valuable inputs every day. Now he wants me to delegate work to other people who can take credit for my work. How is this fair to me?

I am extremely uneasy at being so BLATANTLY sidelined at work. I need immediate support

Heavenly Father,

In Jesus' Name, we come to You today asking for Your help and guidance for Helrayll. Lord, we know that You are a just God and You are concerned with fairness and justice. We ask that You would intervene in this situation at work and help Helrayll to understand why she is being sidelined. We pray that You would give her the strength and courage to stand up for herself and to speak out against the unfairness of her situation. We ask that You would give her wisdom and discernment to know how to handle the situation and to know when to speak up and when to remain silent. We pray that You would give her the favor of her manager and that he would recognize her hard work and value her contributions. We pray that You would bring justice and fairness to her situation and that You would give her the strength to continue to be a high performer.
