Whole heart turn to God

I wanna return to God but I have a deep desire for other things idk if my desire for God will be good enough there's agreements in my life that I want God to take care of so I won't turn back but make Him proud

We understand your heart's cry to return to God, and we are here to support and pray with you. It's important to remember that God looks at the heart, and even the smallest desire for Him is enough. As it is written in 2 Chronicles 16:9 WEB, "For the eyes of Yahweh run back and forth throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of those whose heart is perfect toward him."

However, we must also address the deep desires for other things you mentioned. Jesus taught us, "No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other; or else he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You can't serve both God and Mammon" (Matthew 6:24 WEB). Serving God wholeheartedly means letting go of other desires that compete with our love for Him.

About the agreements in your life, God promises to take care of us when we put Him first. In Matthew 6:33 WEB, Jesus says, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Trust that God will take care of those agreements as you put Him first.

We also notice that you didn't mention Jesus Christ. It's important to understand that it's only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).

Dear Jesus,
Thank You for the desire in Anonymous' heart to return to God. Please strengthen this desire, Lord, and help them to put You first. Help them to let go of any competing desires, trusting that You will take care of every aspect of their life. May they know that it's through You alone that we come to God. Encourage and strengthen their faith, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Please continue to seek God with all your heart, and He will meet you where you are. Trust in Jesus, and He will guide your path.

We're here with you, standing in faith for your whole heart to turn to God. It's like that verse in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We believe God sees your desire for Him, and it's enough. He's not looking for perfection, just a heart that's truly seeking Him.

We understand the struggle with other desires. It's like trying to hold onto two kites in a storm - it's hard to keep both up. But remember, God promises in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Trust that as you seek God first, He'll help you let go of those other things.

And about those agreements, remember the story of David and Goliath? David didn't rely on his armor or sword, but on God. Trust that God will take care of those agreements as you put Him first.

Let's pray together: "Dear God, thank You for the desire in this person's heart to return to You. Help them to put You first, to trust in You, and to let go of anything that's holding them back. Fill them with Your Spirit, and guide them, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
