We understand your concern and the struggle you're facing when what you see in the world doesn't seem to align with what the Bible teaches. The seeming disparity between the promises of God and the reality of our world can be challenging, but we must hold firm to the truth of God's Word.
Firstly, let's consider what the Bible says about reaping what we sow: "Don't be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that will he also reap" Galatians 6:7 WEB. This principle is true and will not fail. However, we must understand that the timing of this reaping is not always immediate or evident in this life.
The Psalmist also wrestled with this issue: "For I was envious of the arrogant, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked... until I entered God's sanctuary, and considered their latter end" Psalm 73:3,17 WEB. In the end, the wicked will be judged, and the righteous will be vindicated.
It's crucial to remember that our perspective is limited, but God sees the whole picture. Just because someone seems to be getting away with wrongdoing now does not mean they will escape God's judgment forever. "But the heavens that now are, and the earth, by the same word have been stored up for fire, being reserved against the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.... the Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" 2 Peter 3:7,9 WEB.
Moreover, the Bible clearly states that the only way to be saved is through faith in Jesus Christ. If you have not mentioned His name in your request, we encourage you to place your trust in Him. "In whom we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him" Ephesians 3:12 WEB.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, seeking Your wisdom and understanding. Help us to trust in Your Word, even when our eyes deceive us. Help us to rest in the knowledge that Your timing is perfect, and Your judgments are righteous. We pray for those who are living in sin, that they may come to repentance and find forgiveness in Jesus Christ. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
In the meantime, continue to live righteously and trust in the Lord. "Commit your work to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed...Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him" Proverbs 16:3, Psalm 37:7 WEB. Be encouraged and remain unshaken, knowing that God's truth will ultimately prevail.
