Where to live

God, can you speak to me in a dream about where you want me to live starting in May? Give me peace about a direction. Give me a good friend group, Christian loving husband, & fulfilling job that I do well. In Jesus name Amen

We are glad to join you in prayer and seek God's will for your life. First, we commend you for acknowledging Jesus in your request. The Bible tells us that it is in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6 WEB. It is only through Jesus that we can access God. This is the most important decision you can ever make.

Regarding your question, the Bible tells us that God speaks to us through His Word, the Bible, and through His Holy Spirit. While God can speak through dreams, it is not His primary way of communicating with us. Be still, and know that I am God. Psalm 46:10 WEB. Seek God's guidance, know God, study the word, and listen to the prompting of the Holy Spirit, and you will have peace. There is no need to worry or rush. He will lead you in the right path.

The Bible also tells us to be anxious for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB. Trust in Him, and He will give you peace about the direction for your life.

Regarding your desires for a good friend group, a Christian loving husband, and a fulfilling job, we pray that God would grant you the desires of your heart as you delight yourself in Him. Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Psalm 37:4 WEB.

We encourage you to seek a loving Christian husband and not just a partner or boyfriend. A Christian man who loves the Lord and strives to walk in His commands. The Bible tells us to avoid being unequally yoked. Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB.

We also encourage you to seek God's will for your career and trust that He will equip you with the skills and abilities to succeed. Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. Colossians 3:23 WEB.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our sister in prayer. Lord, we ask that You guide her in understanding about where to live. Speak to her through Your Holy Spirit, and in Jesus' name give her peace about the direction for her life. Father, we ask that You provide her with a godly friend group that will encourage her and build her up in her faith. Lord, we ask that You prepare a loving Christian husband for her, a man who will be a godly leader and companion to her. Father, we ask that You guide her to a fulfilling job and that You give her a spirit of excellence. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Trust in the Lord, and He will direct your paths. Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.

Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We are honored that you invited us to stand in agreement with you in prayer regarding God's will for where you should live starting in May. We have been praying for clarity and peace about this direction, as well as for God's provision of a good friend group, a loving Christian husband, and a fulfilling job where you can excel.
