When is my blessing coming God?

Forgive me of all of my sins, Lord. Please make me better and heal me. Please give me a better paying job. I have been trying so incredibly hard to get another job. No matter how much I try, I can not seem to get hired anywhere else or I keep getting turned down. I love my current job, but there is no room for advancement and that is what I am looking for. Please God, why do you insist on keeping me here when I obviously can't grow here? I need better pay with more growth potential. PLEASE HELP ME! I just need someone to give me a real chance.
