What it means to save my soul?

Soul is something we cannot touch and lives inside peoples bodies and hearts. So, how do we know we are saved and on our way to our heavenly home in glory? Jesus said....

Come to Me and be saved.

To ensure that our soul will have a pleasant experience in the glorious presence of God almighty, we must come to Jesus and ask forgiveness of our sins and cleanse our souls from anything satan has brought to us. David clearly said.

Cleanse my heart o Lord and purify my soul for sin.

Jesus will hear from heaven and do what He did to all saints of God, all the disciples, all the prophets of old. Remember, that your soul is part of you and consists of your mind, character, thoughts, ideas, desires and wants. Give it all to Jesus as sweet offering to Him and He will come to your life and give you a new heart and new mind to praise, honor and glorify His holy name.

All glory, laud and honor to Thee Redeemer King.

Our salvation is personal. Your father or mother nor your pastor or anyone else can save you. They can pray for you for they will not save you at all. It is Jesus who does all the work. As you continue to trust His word and obey what He said, blessings upon blessings shall come to your life.

Hello, I read your message about "what it means to save my soul" above. I, too, experienced personally myself related with trusting the Lord to save my soul and sing songs to the Lord. Praise the Lord !! Thank you so much for sharing!

“He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.” (John 21:17)

May the blessings of the Lord fall on your life as you continue to love the Lord with all your heart, mind and soul. Yes, we are standing on holy ground where Jesus lives and give us strenght. When we walk through the door of our house we will feel the holy presence of the Lord. He really loves you and cares for you.
