Love can vary in intensity and can change over time. It is associated with a range of positive emotions, including happiness, excitement, life satisfaction, and euphoria, but it can also result in negative emotions such as jealousy and stress. Consequently this type of love comes and it goes. It strong one moment and fleeting in another. If one engages in favourable actions then one can expect to be rewarded with conditional love. And of course the opposite is also true. Your action directly impact this type of love.

It is the heart behind the purest justice system. No written laws are necessary for it is written in our hearts and minds.
It is clear that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.

Jesus is the fulfillment of the prophecies. He did away with the old and ushered in the new covenant of grace, forgiveness, and love. He walked His talk of Love and paid our debts in full. His Love did not waiver. It was not conditional. It is nothing we did right or wrong. He displayed the highest standard of Love by offering Himself at Calvary. He Loves you, period. Understand that this capital 'L' Love is nothing like the love that the world has to offer. True Love is at the heart of God’s justice system. We must Love everyone unconditionally. Jesus did.
