We understand your concern and desperation in seeking answers about what happened to ###'s tongue. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus, as it is written:
"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." John 14:13-14 WEB
However, we must also remember that God's will and timing are perfect. While we may desperately seek answers, we must trust that God knows what is best for us and will reveal things to us in His perfect time. As it is written:
"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your will and wisdom concerning ###'s tongue. We ask that if it is Your will, You will reveal what happened. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love for us. Please comfort ### during this time of uncertainty, and help us all to trust in You more. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
In the meantime, continue to seek God's will and trust in Him. He cares for you and knows the answers you seek. Keep praying and trusting, and remember the words of Jesus:

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
