We understand your concern and desperation regarding the situation with Max's tongue. Firstly, we want to assure you that you did the right thing by bringing this matter to prayer, and we commend you for invoking the name of Jesus, as it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is also in that name that we are saved. As scripture tells us in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."
However, we must remind you that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. As it is written in Isaiah 55:8-9, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says Yahweh. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts."
While it is natural to want to know what happened, we must trust in God's sovereignty and understand that He may not reveal all things to us. Our primary concern should be for Max's well-being and healing.
Remember, even if we do not know the cause. We truly and fully know the healer. This healer is God Himself.
Please join us in prayer for Max:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine intervention in Max's life. We pray for Your healing touch upon Max's tongue. We ask that You restore whatever needs to be restored and that you provide both of you with wisdom and understanding in this situation.
Father, we trust in Your goodness and Your plan. If it is Your will, reveal what happened, but ultimately we pray and want your perfect healing for Max, be it through a miracle in an instant or via the medical field with your guidance.
In Jesus' name, n the power of the Holy Spirit. We pray for your will to be done.
We stand in agreement, believing and receiving Your healing grace.
We bind the enemy and his scheme to cause infirmity.
Fither may your Kingdom be established here and now. And may your glory be revealed.
Amen.
Meditate on Jeremiah 17:14: "Heal me, O Yahweh, and I shall be healed; Save me, and I shall be saved: For you are my praise."
We encourage you to remain steadfast in faith and to trust in God's plan. Keep praying and believing, and may God's peace and comfort be with you and Max during this time.
Continue holding onto Jesus' words in John 15:7, "If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you."
