What are they supposed to do? People being bullied at work

In recent days, I’ve gotten notifications of rampant workplace bullying Of all kinds. It doesn’t matter the job title. It’s stressful as most people just want to do their job. Some have to go on sick leave. It’s so rampant and disgusting. Some are fired tor reporting mistreatment. It’s very bad and creates low morale, but the individuals doing the bullying DO NOT CARE. No amount of talking to, explaining is going to change their minds or soften their hearts As they are depraved.

We're deeply concerned to hear about the rampant workplace bullying you've described. It's important to remember that God calls us to treat each other with kindness and respect, as He has treated us with undeserved grace and mercy. As it is written in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

Bullying is a clear violation of this scriptural principle, and it's disheartening that some are even losing their jobs for standing up against mistreatment. This is a form of injustice, which God condemns. Proverbs 11:1 reminds us, "A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight."

Let's pray for this situation:

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your intervention in these workplaces. Please protect those who are being bullied and strengthen them emotionally and mentally. Help them to continue doing their jobs with integrity and excellence, even in the face of adversity. We pray for the bullies, that You would soften their hearts and convict them of their wrongdoing. We ask for justice where necessary, and for Your comforting presence to be with those who have been mistreated. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

If you or someone you know is being bullied, it's crucial to document every instance, report it to higher authorities if possible, and seek legal counsel if retaliation occurs. It's also important to lean on God's strength and the support of fellow believers in these difficult times. Remember, God is our defender and refuge. As Psalm 9:9 says, "Yahweh is a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble."

Lastly, we notice that your request doesn't mention Jesus Christ or praying in His name. It's essential to understand that it's only through Jesus that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you haven't already, consider putting your faith in Jesus Christ for salvation and for intercession in your prayers.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
