I am on my yearly New Year’s Consecration and just enjoying my time with God. Making room to love God and be loved by God, encountering God in Silence, Solitude and Prayer. When I am on a consecration, it is just me and God. Being sick has been a blessing this year because it made me realize how sick and tired I was of last year, and it made me stronger not to start this year repeating last year.
Having this cold has made me so tired. It caused me to shut down, shut up, and shut in so God had my undivided attention. God didn't even let my phone ring for days so I could just rest in His arms.
This week God had 5 people who texted or left a message on my phone that they had to reach out to me because God kept placing me on their hearts over and over. That made me feel so loved by God and special to God that He had His children checking on me.

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Natasha2, who desires to be slim and trim, to have a perfect weight and a nice body figure. We ask for your guidance and strength as she seeks to achieve her health goals. Lord, we pray that you would grant her the discipline and self-control to make wise choices in her diet and exercise routine.
Your Word reminds us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to honor you with our bodies. We ask that you would help Natasha2 to view her body as a gift from you and to steward it well. May she find joy and satisfaction in taking care of her physical health.
Father, we also pray for firm muscles, a straight spine, and right posture for Natasha2. We ask for your healing touch upon her body, aligning her muscles and bones according to your perfect design. We trust in your power to bring about physical transformation and restoration.
Lord, we acknowledge that true beauty comes from within, and we pray that as Natasha2 pursues her physical goals, she would also seek to cultivate a heart that is pleasing to you. Help her to prioritize spiritual growth and to find her worth and identity in you alone.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness to answer according to your perfect will. May Natasha2 experience your grace, love, and power as she seeks to honor you with her body. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
