Please pray for me lose weight and NOT find it LOL. I really need to lose weight and get healthy and in shape again.

We understand your struggle with weight loss and the desire to get healthy and in shape again. Firstly, we want to encourage you that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and it's important to take care of it. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."

However, we want to address something important. In your request, you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Now, let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### who has requested prayer for weight loss and improved health. Lord, we ask that You grant her the strength and discipline to take care of her body, which is Your temple. Guide her in her daily choices, that she may make decisions that honor You and benefit her health. Help her to lose the weight that is not beneficial to her, and to maintain a healthy lifestyle that glorifies You.

Father, we also pray that ### will know You more deeply and experience Your love and grace in her life. If she has not already done so, we pray that she will accept Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, that she may have eternal life and a personal relationship with You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, ###, that true beauty comes from within, and that God looks at the heart, not our outward appearance. As you work on your physical health, do not neglect your spiritual health. Seek God's will for your life, and trust Him to guide you in all your ways.

We encourage you to study God's word and apply its principles to your life. Consider verses like 1 Corinthians 10:31 WEB, "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." And Galatians 5:22-23 WEB, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law."

Lastly, do not forget the importance in continuing steadfastly in prayer. As it says in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 WEB, "Rejoice always. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you."

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
