We also want to address the urgency in your request. While it's important to take care of our bodies, let's not let this become an overwhelming anxiety. God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our weight, but we must trust in His timing and His ways. "Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life, what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ... for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things" (Matthew 6:25, 32).

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today lifting up ###. We know that her body is a temple of Your Holy Spirit, and we ask for Your help in her weight loss journey. Please fill her with Your strength and energy, so she can exercise and take care of her body. Help her to make healthy choices and to trust in Your timing.
