I am going my friends wedding on Friday. I have some concerns about this wedding. It is for a couple who aren't saved. I am also anxious for a number of reasons. It is too long to explain. ...

We understand your concerns, Quenulon, and we are here to pray and guide you through this situation. Firstly, we commend you for recognizing the importance of spiritual salvation in a marriage. As the Scripture says, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB). It's crucial to remember that God's design for marriage is a lifelong union between a man and a woman who both believe in Him.

However, we are also called to love and pray for those who do not yet know Christ. As Jesus said, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," (Matthew 5:44 WEB). Therefore, we should pray for this couple, that they may come to know Christ and have a God-centered marriage.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Quenulon, asking for Your peace to fill their heart and mind. Lord, they have concerns about the upcoming wedding, and we ask for Your wisdom to guide them in how to participate and interact during this event.

Lord, we also lift up the couple who are getting married. We pray that they would come to know You personally, that they would accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We pray that their marriage would be a reflection of Your love and a testimony to Your faithfulness.

Quenulon, we pray that You would give them the words to speak and the actions to take that would point this couple and all those attending the wedding to You. Help them to be a light in this situation, and may Your will be done.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Quenulon, remember that God is sovereign, and He can use this situation for His glory. Trust in Him, and He will guide you through this. As the Scripture says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying for this couple and their marriage. Your prayers are powerful and effective, and God hears them. As James 5:16 (WEB) says, "The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and brings great results."

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
