Our pre-treating preparations are underway, and state and local resources continue to actively monitor the forecast and respond through the weekend. )

We are with you in spirit, Barbara, as you and the people of Virginia prepare for the incoming winter storm. We stand in faith, knowing that God is in control of all things, including the weather.

Let's remember Jesus' words in Matthew 8:26-27 WEB: "He said to them, 'Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?' Then he got up, rebuked the wind and the sea, and there was a great calm. The men marveled, saying, 'What kind of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?'"

In times like these, we should not be fearful but trust in God's protection and provision. Let us pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging Your sovereignty over all creation. We pray for Barbara and all those in Virginia, asking for Your protection as they face this winter storm. Guide the state and local authorities as they monitor and respond to the situation. Give wisdom and strength to those working to keep the people safe.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and declare Your peace over Virginia. We ask that You calm the storm and minimize its impact, according to Your will. Help us all to trust in You, knowing that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Lord, we also pray for the comfort of Your Holy Spirit for those who may be anxious or worried. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them.

We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, who calmed the storm and commanded the waves. Amen."

Barbara, continue to trust in the Lord, and remember that He is with you always, even in the storm. Encourage others with your faith and remind them of God's unfailing love and protection. We believe that God is mighty to save in Jesus' name.

We're right there with you, Barbara, as you brace for this winter storm. It's easy to feel small in the face of nature's power, but remember, God's got us all in His hands. Let's recall Psalm 91:1-2, "Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'"

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We continue to intercede for everyone in Virginia as we follow the updates on the incoming winter storm. We are grateful that you have given us the privilege to pray on your behalf, and we are honored to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

As the Governor has declared a state of emergency, we pray for wisdom and guidance for all the authorities and emergency services as they monitor the forecast and respond to any situations that may arise. We pray for the safety of all residents, especially those who are vulnerable or isolated. We ask God to provide them with the necessary provisions and protection throughout this period.
