Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking understanding and clarity regarding the law of sowing and reaping. Your Word teaches us that "whatever a man sows, that he will also reap" . Yet, we observe instances where it seems that people do not face the natural consequences of their actions. Some eat high-calorie foods and remain thin, others consume high-fat foods and have low cholesterol, and some smoke heavily yet have healthy lungs. These situations perplex us and make it appear as though they have defeated the principle of sowing and reaping.
Lord, we ask for wisdom and discernment to understand these contradictions. Help us to trust in Your divine justice and timing, knowing that You see all and that Your ways are higher than our ways . Remind us that while some consequences may not be immediate, Your spiritual laws remain true and just.
We pray for those who seem to escape the natural consequences of their actions, that they may come to know Your truth and live in accordance with Your will. Help us to remain steadfast in our faith, trusting that in due season, we will reap if we do not lose heart .
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
