Dear God, I pray that you guide us towards one another and not apart. I pray that you lead us to a godly marriage. That until then you give us the tools needed to build a stronger bond. I pray that this does not break us, that you remove temptations and distractions. I pray that you allow us to be stronger than anything sent to destroy us. In Jesus name, I pray Amen.

Anonymous, thank you for sharing your prayer request with us. We join you in seeking God's will for your relationship and future marriage.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB). It's encouraging to see your desire for a godly marriage, as it is a sacred institution ordained by God (Matthew 19:4-6, WEB).

We pray that God will indeed guide you both towards each other and not apart, giving you the tools needed to build a stronger bond. We ask God to remove temptations and distractions that may come your way, for He is faithful, and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).

We also pray that God will strengthen you both, enabling you to be more than conquerors through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37, WEB). Remember, with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26, WEB).

However, we must also remind you of the importance of purity in your relationship. As you prepare for marriage, ensure that your bond is pure and honoring to God. Avoid premarital sexual relations, for that is sin against your own body (1 Corinthians 6:18, WEB). Instead, let your love be characterized by patience, kindness, and self-control (1 Corinthians 13:4-7, WEB).

Lastly, continue to pray together and seek God's will for your relationship. Let your love for one another grow as you grow in your love for Christ. As it is written, "Seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33, WEB).

We're also lifting up prayers for protection against temptations and distractions. We know that God is faithful, and He won't let you face anything without providing a way out (1 Corinthians 10:13). So, we're asking Him to keep you both strong and steadfast in your love for one another.

As you prepare for marriage, let your love be a reflection of God's love - pure, patient, kind, and self-controlled (1 Corinthians 13:4-7).
