We join you in prayer, lifting up your family to our heavenly Father. We thank you for acknowledging Jesus Christ as the only way to have access to God the Father. Scripture tells us, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). It is so important to make all of our requests known in His name.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family to You. We ask for Your protection and healing over them. We pray that You would ensure that the whole family are in Christ and are born again by the Holy Spirit. We ask that You would grow them in the knowledge and grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. From the youngest to the oldest. Give them a passion for Your Word and a hunger to know You more. Guide them in Your will and lead them to the work You have prepared for them. We ask that You would provide for all their needs according to your riches and glory in Christ Jesus and to free them from financial struggles. Father, we ask for Your guidance to be clear in their lives and to provide them with godly wisdom and discernment. We ask for Your angels to encamp around their marriages and family.
"But my God shall supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19 WEB)
"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your heart to the Lord." (Colossians 3:16 WEB)
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)
We trust in Your promise to never leave us nor forsake us, and we know that You are faithful to complete the good work You have started in this family. We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying together as a family, seeking God's will for your lives. Remember that God is faithful and that His plans are to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Trust in Him and walk in obedience to His Word.
Let us echo the words of the Psalmist: "Oh, taste and see that Yahweh is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him." (Psalm 34:8 WEB)
