Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name by using "IJNA." It's important to remember that it is in Jesus' name that we have access to God, as the Bible tells us, "In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full" (John 16:23-24 WEB).
Let us pray:
" Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your help in finding the right person to assist our sister's daughter. Lord, You know the heart and character of every person. Guide us to the one who is honest, kind, patient, and diligent. As Your Word tells us in Colossians 3:23-24, 'Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.'
Please bring forth someone who will serve with this heart, loving and caring for the family as their own. Give us discernment to recognize the right person when they come. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."
Additionally, we advise you to be patient and trust in God's timing. It's also wise to be diligent in your search, using appropriate channels while being mindful of safety. Consider asking within your church community or among trusted friends for recommendations. Always remember to seek the Lord's will in all things, as Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
