Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your intervention in a situation where someone needs to take responsibility for their actions. Lord, we ask that you touch the heart of this individual, who we will refer to as "Anonymous," and prompt them to sign the completed application that is needed for assistance. We understand the urgency of this matter, and we humbly ask that you move in their heart to do so promptly.

Lord, we pray that you would remove any obstacles or distractions that may be causing them to delay or play games with this important matter. Help them to understand the significance of their signature and the impact it will have on the person who is desperately in need of this assistance. May they realize the importance of their role in bringing about a positive outcome.

We also ask, Lord, that you keep this letter safe and protected. Shield it from any harm or loss, ensuring that it reaches the intended recipient without any hindrance. We trust in your divine protection and provision.

Lord Jesus, we thank you for your sacrifice on the cross, which has opened the way for us to come boldly before the throne of grace. We rely on your intercession on behalf of Anonymous and their request. Just as a stroke of a pen confers value to a bank-note, we believe that once endorsed by your hand, this prayer request will avail much.

We claim the power of your name, Jesus, as a never-failing passport for our prayers. We approach you with confidence, knowing that you are willing and ready to hear us.
