We Need This House Desperately

My husband lost his job 3 years ago and we had to move in with my grandmother. he now has a good job and we have found a home to purchase. We need the house to appraise for at or above 46,120.00 in order for us to get it. we need this house desperately especially our 6 year old daughter, she needs a place she feels like is "hers" thank you for your prayer
