We just heard about that our pastor wants only money. God is the owner of all things. And He will provide for our churches expansion and evengelism. We need not worry. Our God owes cattle of a thousand hills. The topic of giving is an extremely emotional problem for many of our brethrem. They are so attached to money and would never ever let it go. But God tell us to give and to love. Give to those in need. The lazy ones should work and see the ant how hard it works and provides for the well being of others. Jesus, forgive me for not giving enough. My house belongs to you. My car, my van my laptop computer and everything else belongs to God. Use it for your glory. In Jesus precious name. Amen

Although titheing is an important subject, and should be included in some sevices, the commission Jesus gave to the Christian church is to preach the death, burial, and resurection of Jesus Christ. I have seen more than one church worry so much about money for expanssion that they hurt their witness in the community. The Bible says that where 2 or more are gathered in my name there I am. It doesnt say where 2 or more are gathered in a 5 million dollar brick building with lots of stained glass there will I be. I will be praying for your church and its ministry. I know that in some places that the fancier the building the more people come. BUT gathering together in Christ is not a status symbol and in todays world unfortunately that is the way some people will go. If it were me I would be praying for a larger fund to buy Bibles to pass out to the community. I am not against expansion at all but have faith that God will provide all that is needed. Outside the church is where the ones are who need the most attention.  God Bless!!
